The tritip is to die for! The pilaf is flavorful, I couldn't get enough it was so good!
Sauce is yummy, ribs were on point! Chicken is delicious too! -

This is a small place. We had the tri-tip and pulled porked sandwich. It was sooooo good. 7.50 for the pulled pork 7.75 for the tri-tip. We got 2 drinks with that came out to be around $22. It was so good. Plenty of sandwich. It was cut down the middle so me and my friend traded half's so we got to experience both. Both were great . They didn't give us napkins or had them out. They will give you napkins if you ask.
I thought about giving this place 1 less star because it's not a place you can go into and sit down. But everything that this place doesn't have is made up by the food. It's pretty good :) -

You can't get a better tri tip sandwich in California. Talked to the guy. Cooks 400 lbs of tri tip per day! Gets it right every time. Thin sliced, juicy, well seasoned. Sauce is great. The freakin' bun is a crusty toasted garlic bun!
Be ready to wait in line if it's prime time. Sit outside when the weather is nice or get it to go.
I always get the jumbo, it's $9.99 for a half pound of beef on a sandwich. You can get a smaller sandwich combo with side and drink for $10.88 or so. Pilaf is good with lots of black pepper -

Tasty, flavorful tri tip sandwich was so tender I couldn't stop eating it! Definitely lives up to its reviews!

Mike's grill makes a pretty decent tri-tip sandwich. The roll has a garlic bread spread on it and then grilled to toast it up. The meat is nicely cooked but the smoke and seasoning flavor is a little too subtle sometimes. The bbq sauce compliments the sandwich well but it could use a little less molasses in it for my taste.
